I’m a fine line and micro realism tattoo artist and the owner of Kate Black Pen tattoo studio here in Houston, Texas.
I’m tattooing since 2018, I’ve graduated from a Fine Art school and I’ve been an artist my whole life since childhood. I’ve started tattooing in Manhattan, New York and then in 2023 I moved to Houston, Texas.
I adore New York and all of my amazing clients from there, all of the inspiration and opportunities of the big city, I will always remember it in my heart. And now it makes me so happy and peaceful to be here in Houston where I've truly found the balance between life and work, I love being in nature a lot and I still can watch a ballet or go to the Art museum and I can 't imagine my life without an amazing clients that I'm seeing here.

I can't imagine my tattoos without my clients and their incredible ideas, so it's very detailed oriented and personalized tattoo experience every time, I never copy mine or someone else's work completely, I ask you a lot of questions about each and every detail of your tattoo art work that we can add to your tattoo, I prepare the sketches of your tattoo design to our session and then we'll finish it together when we'll meet, we're always collaborating and creating something magical together so you' ll have your favorite tattoo and be happy and proud with it now and with time!

Can you bring a friend to your appointment?
I don’t mind an emotional support friends. However, I encourage you to trust the process and go through this art creating experience on your own. As your guide I’ll make sure that it’ll be comfortable and safe for you and we’ll create a beautiful tattoo that is perfect for you! If you decide to bring a friend please let me know in advance. They can get cozy in a waiting area or in the reception area. Thank you for your understanding!
